I decided to have a light vegetarian lunch today, so I made an organic vegetarian wrap, with chips. It was delicious and although it was filling, it wasn’t too heavy. Here are my ingredients, but you can customize it to suit your taste.
Organic Vegetarian Wrap (serves: 1 – 2)
1 – Organic Wrap
1/2 Cucumber, cut in slices
1/2 Tomato, cut in thin slices
1/4 Green Peppers, cut in thin slices
